Between Buxton and Ashbourne. In the heart of wonderful cycling country, famous for cheese, Hilda Ogden and Peak Practice. The cafe for Team Spirit. The village can resemble Blackpool on a bank holiday, the cafe is open daily from April to October, then Weekends in Winter. Good value food, pleasantly cheeky service, only the music is questionable! The phrase 'breakfast please, bacon well done, brown toast' was coined here, give it a go and thankfully no smoking.
